Odion Ighalo Goes Spiritual After Watford Clinch Promotion To Premier League

Nigeria international Odion Ighalo was elated following Watford’s promotion to the Premier League after eight years of playing in the second - tier.
With one game to spare, The Hornets clinched promotion to the top flight after Norwich City and Middlesbrough failed to get the desired result against Rotherham and Fulham respectively.
“Thank you Jesus because at last it all ended in praise,” said Odion Ighalo on Twitter.
“They wrote us off from the first day but with God all things are possible. ”
A summer arrival from Udinese, Odion Ighalo has appeared 34 times in the Championship, scoring 20 goals.
Scotland international Ikechi Anya and Uche Ikpeazu are the other players of Nigerian descent on the books of Watford.
