Ifeanyi Onyilo Completes 500,000 Euros Move To Al-Faisaly SC From Red Star Belgrade

Ifeanyi Onyilo, 24,  has completed his move to Saudi Arabian Professional League side Al-Faisaly SC from Red Star Belgrade, bringing to an end his seven - year stint in Europe.

It was certain that the attacker will be jumping ship in the summer transfer market after putting himself in the shop window last season while on loan at Ermis Aradippou , with 15 goals to his name at the end of the 2014 - 2015 campaign.

Onyilo had earlier confided to this website that he will not be returning to Red Star Belgrade for the new season even though he had a contract with the 1991 European champs until the summer of 2017.

“I have signed a three - year deal with Al-Faisaly. I chose Saudi Arabia because it is good to try new things and to have a different experience, ” said a delighted Ifeanyi Onyilo to allnigeriasoccer.com.

A close source privy to negotiations between the Saudi club and their Serbian counterparts has disclosed that Red Star Belgrade will pocket a minimum of 500,000 euros from the deal.
