Ex Bayern Munich Starlet Emeka Emerum Pleased To Get Off The Mark For Sloboda Uzice

Ex Bayern Munich starlet Emeka Emerum is finally off the mark for FK Sloboda Užice in the Serbian Prva Liga.
The 20 - year - old netted twice on Saturday as FK Sloboda Užice defeated Loznica 2- 0 in front of their supporters, and the youngster was delighted to score his first goals this season, admitting that he was under pressure to deliver after the club invested in him in the summer transfer market.
“Well at the beginning the pressure was too much, not me personally, but for the whole team and technical crew. We lost in my first game here 2 - 1 against one of the best teams here, FK Napredak, but I had a good game,” Emerum told allnigerisoccer.com.
“For now, I am really feeling at home and relaxed here because everybody here welcomed me and they all believed in me.”
The Taye Academy product has spoken about his targets for the season, saying he would love to score six more times before the end of the first stanza.
“Now I have 2 goals already need more 6 goals before the first round will come to an end.
“By His grace, my main target is to help me team get promotion to the Super League by next season and also to work more harder so that I can add more goals to my account, ” the FK Sloboda Užice number 7 concluded.
Emerum joined FK Sloboda Užice on August 26 after impressing the coaching staff during trials that lasted for three days.
