Chuba Akpom Delighted Hull City Are Through To Fourth Round

England youth international Chuba Akpom and Hull City will be involved in the fourth round of the Capital One Cup thanks to their hard fought 1 - 0 win against Swansea City on Tuesday night.
The Arsenal loanee, who went the distance at the KC Stadium, acknowledged that The Tigers did not achieve the victory on a platter of gold and thanked the supporters for consistently cheering the team.
“Wow what a win , had to grind it out !! onto the next round #hcafc , ” Chuba Akpom tweeted on Tuesday night.
“Feel like I just ran a marathon btw lol fans were class ð���ð��¾ . ”
Chuba Akpom has registered his name on the scoresheet two times this season but has fired blanks in his last 8 games across all competitions.
