Published: December 27, 2015
Moroccan powerhouse Raja Casablanca have withdrawn their interest in Esperance frontman Emem Eduok after failing to meet his $500,000 asking price, allnigeriasoccer.com can exclusively report.
The Botola Pro side had made an undisclosed bid for the Nigeria international around two weeks ago but it was deemed insufficient by the leadership of the Blood and Gold.
In a statement released to allnigeriasoccer.com, Raja Casablanca said : “Raja Casablanca made an offer before the 15th of December but Esperance asked for $500,000 which was too expensive for us.
“We are no longer interested in Emem Eduok.”
Eduok has been heavily linked with a switch to Al-Khaleej Club in the winter transfer market and the former Dolphins of Port Harcourt poster boy has acknowledged that his intermediary is in talks with the Saudi Arabian Pro League side.
