FC Midtjylland Striker Onuachu : We Are Prepared For Manchester United
Published: February 14, 2016
Nigeria U23 international Paul Onuachu is optimistic that FC Midtjylland can get a positive result against Manchester United when they face off with the English Premiership giants on Thursday in the Europa League.
Both teams were compensated by UEFA after they failed to progress to the next stage of Europe’s elite club competition, with the Old Trafford side crashing out in the group stage while The Wolves lost to APOEL lost on the away-goals rule in the third qualifying round.
“We are prepared for the big showdown with Manchester United, it was nice to be drawn to play against Man United, they are a world class team, ”Paul Onuachu said to allnigeriasoccer.com.
“We are there to play our game and focus on our game. We just have to wait until Thursday, we will do our best.”
Of a possible eight games including the qualifiers, Onuachu has featured seven times for FC Midtjylland in the Europa League this season, scoring against Club Brugge on October 1, 2015.
