Published: February 18, 2016
NK Olimpija Ljubljana attacker Henty Ezekiel landed in Moscow on Thursday, February 18 to finalize a deal with Russian Premier League side Lokomotiv Moscow.
The 22-year-old was accompanied on the trip by his intermediary, ex-Lazio striker and retired Nigeria international Stephen Makinwa.
Ezekiel will put pen to paper on a contract that will expire in 2020 if he passes his medical examination, allnigeriasoccer.com has been informed.
A product of Flying Sport Academy, the striker began his professional career with AC Milan but failed to make his debut for their first-team and was farmed out on loan to Spezia and Perugia.
Ezekiel’s deal with Olimpija Ljubljana would have expired at the end of next season if both club and player had honoured the agreement.
