Published: March 02, 2016
Through official channels, Ukrainian Premier League side Stal Dniprodzerzhynsk have announced that they have completed the signing of Nigeria international Akeem Latifu.
Though the financial terms and length of contract were not disclosed, allnigeriasoccer.com had exclusively reported that the deal between club and player is designed for one and a half seasons.
Latifu had been on the wishlist of an unnamed club in Holland during the January transfer window but the deal fell through due to red tape.
Prior to joining Stal Dniprodzerzhynsk, the 26-year-old sported the jerseys of Strømsgodset, Hodd and Aalesund.
The right-back could make his competitive debut against Oleksandria on Saturday provided the club processes his paperwork on time.
