FC Astana Clinch Loan Signing Of Dynamo Kiev Midfielder Lukman Haruna
Published: April 03, 2016
Kazakhstan Premier League champions FC Astana have announced the signing of Nigerian midfielder Lukman Haruna on loan from Dynamo Kiev.
It ends transfer speculations surrounding the future of the Super Eagles star, with reports consistently linking him with a possible move to the Turkish Super Lig.
The 25-year-old joined Dynamo Kiev in the summer of 2011 from Monaco and notched 8 goals in 50 appearances for the capital team.
As a result of his lack of first team opportunities at the 27-time league champions, Haruna was farmed out on loan to Hoverla Uzhhorod (Ukraine) in 2015 before joining Anzhi Makhachkala(Russia) at the start of this season.
He will play with the number 20 kit at FC Astana.
