Flying Eagles Skipper Nwakali Lands In Lagos After Trip To Arsenal; Hits Camp TodayAllnigeriasoccer.com understands that newly appointed Flying Eagles skipper Kelechi Nwakali landed in Lagos in the early hours of Monday morning from London, United Kingdom.

At this very moment, the Diamond/ASJ Academy midfielder is about embarking on a trip to Abuja for a reunion with his mentor Emmanuel Amuneke and his former Golden Eaglets colleagues.

Coach Amuneke should have no worries over Kelechi Nwakali’s fitness as he was put through his paces by his nursery teams before his departure for London on March 16,2016.

The 17-year-old has agreed a five-year deal with Arsenal which will start running when the transfer window reopens in the summer.

The Nigeria U20s are holding a training camp in Abuja ahead of the 2017 Africa U-20 Cup of Nations qualifying fixture against Burundi.
