Kogi FA Mourns Death Of Father Of Chairman

Father of Umarr Isah Suleiman, Chairman of Kogi Football Association, Kinami Isah died on Wednesday, May 4, 2016, an official have announced.
Late Alhaji Isah passed on following a brief illness in Lokoja. He was aged 90.
A statement from secretary of Kogi FA, Augustine Ogunmola read: “We are deeply sad over the demise of our chairman’s father. He was such a real father and support man to the accomplishment of our chairman.
“We are mourning the lost a great father at the time we needed him the most. We will continue to remember your good legacies and good times with us. May your soul rest in peace.
“The entire FA pray that God would grant our chairman and his entire family the fortitude to bear the loss and also pray for the repose of his soul.”
According to the Kogi FA, late Isah’s remains had since been buried in line with Islamic rites in his country home, Lokoja.
His Fidau prayers will hold on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at the Isah’s family residence in Kporoka along new market road, Galilee, Lokoja.
The late Kinami Isah is survived by several children, grand and great grand children among whom is Umarr Suleiman Isah, the Kogi FA chairman.
