The Nigeria U23s trail Central American team Honduras 1-0 at half time in the Suwon Invitational Tournament.
As a result of the humiliating defeat to Denmark on Saturday, coach Samson Siasia made several changes to the starting XI, dropping his regular goalkeeper Emmanuel Daniel, Stanley Dimgba, Sincere Seth and Spurs winger Nathan Oduwa.
The Dream Team VI were almost a goal down inside the opening five minutes as Antony Lopez narrowly missed the target.
Honduras finally found a breakthrough in the 17th minute when Alberth Elis scored, and Lozano was unlucky not to double the advantage on 34 minutes.
