Heerenveen Stopper Otigba Pours Cold Water On Trabzonspor Link
Published: June 14, 2016
SC Heerenveen central defender Kenneth Otigba has played down speculation linking him with a possible move to Turkish club Trabzonspor.
Various media outlets at home and abroad had suggested that the Karadeniz Fırtınası were weighing up a bid for the former Hungary youth international who has pledged his international future to the Super Eagles.
But contact has not been established with the stopper and it is all but confirmed that he will start pre-season training with SC Heerenveen except the Dutch club accept a bid for his services in the coming days.
“I don’t know anything about the interest from Trabzonspor, there is nothing concrete yet, ”Kenny Otigba told allnigeriasoccer.com.
Born in Kaduna 23 years ago, Otigba has played nonstop at SC Heerenveen for the past four years.
