Northampton Town Snap Up Ex-Tottenham Hotspur Winger Sonupe

Through official sources, Football League One club Northampton Town have announced the signing of former Tottenham Hotspur starlet Emmanuel Sonupe following a successful trial.
The attacking midfielder cum winger has penned a one-year contract that will see him remain at the Cobblers until June 30, 2017.
Sonupe found himself unemployed after he was released by Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the 2015-2016 campaign.
The 20-year-old, who has played for England at U16 and U18 level, spent a portion of the 2014-2015 season on loan at Scottish club St Mirren.
The Londoner trialed at Charlton Athletic in July but a deal did not materialize.
