Ex-Spurs Striker Akindayini Joins Leatherhead; Adeloye Released

Through official channels, Leatherhead have announced the signing of Nigerian striker Daniel Akindayini on loan from Margate.
Born in London, the center forward spent his formative years as a footballer with the youth team of Tottenham Hotspur before he was released by the White Hart Lane outfit in the summer of 2015.
Akindayini later signed for Brighton & Hove Albion and played primarily for the U23 squad of the Seagulls.
Meanwhile, ex-Stoke City youngster Tomi Adeloye is looking for pastures new after he was released by Leatherhead.
He trained with the Nigeria U23 national team in June but was not picked for the Olympic Games in Rio.
