Published: November 09, 2016
Chelsea wing-back Victor Moses is prepared to face Algeria in a World Cup qualifier in Uyo on Saturday, November 12.
Misfortune struck him days leading up to the Super Eagles opener versus Zambia when he picked up an injury which ruled him out of the contest in Ndola, but he is now in good health and set to play a key role against the North African opponents.
Based on the last three training sessions, manager Rohr is set to name Moses in his starting XI at the Akwa Ibom International Stadium.
“Touched down in Uyo ready for the game on Saturday. Thanks for all of your support #Nigeria, ” Moses tweeted.
The 25-year-old Victor Moses got 84 minutes under his belt in his last appearance for the national team, against Tanzania in an African Cup of Nations qualifier.
