Chelsea Dazzler Moses Insists He Did Not Fake Injury Ahead Of Zambia WCQ
Published: November 10, 2016
Victor Moses has corrected the insinuations on his loyalty to the Super Eagles after he was reported to have dodged the match the team won against Zambia in Ndola.
“I love the Super Eagles. I called the coach after the Leicester City match to inform him about my injury,” he said at the media parley on Thursday.
Moses has stated that he is committed to Nigeria and he is ready to play any position for his country whenever he is called upon to do that.
The former Wigan star has thrived as a wing-back for the English Premier League side in the on going 2016/17 season under the watchful eyes of Antonio Conte.
“Clubside and national team is not same but I can play anywhere.”
“Conte does not look at big names. He gives everyone the chance and I try to do my best.”
He continued, “I’m so happy to be back to represent my country.”
