Published: January 17, 2017
Czech Republic side Sparta Prague are considering a move for former Nigeria international Emmanuel Emenike before the close of the January transfer window, according to reports.
EFotbal.cz claims that the Fenerbahce striker may join Sparta on loan for the remainder of the season, with an option to buy inserted into the agreement.
Emenike has been suspended by the Yellow Canaries after manager Dick Advocaat expressed dissatisfaction with his behavior.
Sunderland, Rubin Kazan, Dynamo Kiev, Spartak Moscow and Lokomotiv Moscow have all been credited with an interest in the 29-year-old.
He has played for teams in Russia, South Africa, England and Turkey.
