Blackpool have made it to the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup following a hard fought 2-1 win over Barnsley at Oakwell on Tuesday night.
The Seasiders young Nigerian winger Bright Osayi-Samuel was introduced in the 41st minute after one of his teammates suffered a knock.
The visitors went ahead on the half-hour mark through Kelvin Mellor but their advantage was rubbed out by Angus MacDonald three minutes after the restart, ultimately taking the game into extra time.
Osayi-Samuel netted in the very last minute of stoppage time, he curled the ball home from 12 yards after the opponents failed to clear.
The 19-year-old’s strike against The Tykes was his second senior goal for Blackpool since his promotion to the first team.
