Liverpool Prospect Fires Warning To Wolves Ahead Of FA Cup Clash
Published: January 27, 2017
Sheyi Ojo is optimistic that Liverpool can end their dismal run in recent matches with a win against Wolverhampton Wanderers in the fourth round of the Emirates FA Cup on Saturday.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have only won once in their last seven matches in all competitions, the slender victory against Plymouth Argyle in the third round replay of the FA Cup.
“Whoever plays, the main goal is always to get the win for the team and try to do well,” Ojo told Liverpoolfc.com.
“It doesn’t really matter who’s playing, we’ve all got that responsibility to help the team get the win and progress to the next round.”
Ojo, 19, will be personally motivated for the game at Anfield, having spent the first half of the 2015-2016 season on loan at Wolves.
The winger has been involved in both games played by the Reds in the FA Cup this season.
