BK Hacken Want Nigerian Player Of The Year To Replace Owoeri
Published: February 08, 2017
Swedish Allsvenskan side BK Häcken are exploring ways to sign Chisom Egbuchulam before the close of the transfer window at the end of next month.
BK Häcken are thought to be in the market for a striker following the departure of last season’s top scorer John Owoeri, who has been snapped up by a Chinese club.
Häcken sporting director Sonny Karlsson told fotbollskanalen.se that he’s aware of Egbuchulam but refused to make further comments.
The attacker was linked with a move to Tunisia during the January transfer window, only for the deal to collapse.
In December 2016, Chisom Egbuchulam claimed the Player of the Year at the annual Nigeria Sports Award after helping Rangers win the title with 16 goals to his name.
