Manchester City Nigerian Wonderkid Ruled Out Of Sunderland Clash
Published: March 04, 2017
English-born Nigerian defender Tosin Adarabioyo will not be in Manchester City’s traveling party to the Stadium of Light.
Pep Guardiola’s side face Sunderland in a Premier League encounter at SR5 1SU on Sunday evening, and the Spanish manager is unlikely to hand a Premier League debut to Adarabioyo.
The England youth international went the distance in a tough fixture against the best team in Premier League 2 Everton on Friday night, and this has effectively ruled him out of City’s provisional squad to face the Black Cats.
Adarabioyo, who joined Manchester City at the age of five, has four appearances under his belt for the first team since he debuted for the club last season.
His contract with the Etihad Stadium outfit runs outs in the summer.
