Hannover Aim Dig At NFF : More Sensible If Noah Bazee Remained In Germany
Published: March 31, 2017
There is a big question mark regarding the availability of Noah Bazee for Saturday’s league match with Union Berlin, and Hannover have declared that they are not pleased with the Nigeria Football Federation.
Last week, the 20-year-old offensive all-rounder traveled to link up with the Super Eagles at their training camp in London despite struggling with a knee injury.
“He traveled last week to the national team of Nigeria, we’re not happy how it went but we have to accept it, ” Hannover sporting director Horst Heldt was quoted as saying by Hannoversche Allgemeine.
“It would have been more sensible, he would have stayed here and would have taken care of himself.”
Though Hannover criticized the Nigeria Football Federation, they had the right to summon an injured player to the national team.
