Talanted Nigerian Defender May Make Manchester United Debut Against ArsenalNigerian defender Matthew Olosunde could make his competitive debut for the first team of Manchester United when they trade tackles with Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday.

The Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho has admitted that he will rest players ahead of next week's Europa League semi-final second leg against Celta Vigo.

One name being bandied about by the English press to be called up to the first team for the trip to the Emirates is Olosunde.

The former New York Red Bulls starlet signed for Manchester United in January 2016, and represented the U18 squad in his first season before he was promoted to the U23s.

The 19-year-old Olosunde came third in Man Utd's Goal of the Month poll for April 2017 after amassing 14 percent of the votes.

He was nominated for his stunning solo goal in the Dallas Cup.
