Super Eagles Defender Bicycle Kick Goal Finishes Second In Goal Of The Season Award

Super Eagles defender Abdullahi Shehu finished second in the Goal of the Season award in the Cypriot First Division.
At a gala ceremony on Thursday night, Shehu was presented with a trophy for his goal against Ermis Aradippou on game week 21.
With his back to goal, he unleashed a bicycle kick that flew past the goalkeeper after a floated free kick.
Commenting on the award, Shehu stated : '' My goal was voted the second best in the Cypriot First Division League. I dedicate this award to my fans. Thanks!
''I'm excited to be named among the best at the awards night. Looking forward to the remaining league games and Super Eagles games next month.''
The former Kano Pillars star was also on target against Doxa Katokopias last November.
