Chelsea Coach Defends Victor Moses: Oxlade-Chamberlain Made Contact With Him
Published: May 28, 2017
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has commented on the decision of the referee to dismiss Victor Moses in the 68th minute of his team's 2-1 loss to Arsenal in the FA Cup final on Saturday.
The Italian has hinted that it was an unfair decision by Anthony Taylor, highlighting that the Super Eagles star made contact with Arsenal's Oxlade-Chamberlain.
''For me now it’s very difficult to tell because I saw contact with Moses and their player but I don’t know if it was a penalty or not.
''It was one of the key moments,'' Conte was quoted as saying by the official website of Chelsea.
Moses made his 40th appearance of the season across all competitions against the Gunners.
