Chelsea Dazzler Moses Fires Up Super Eagles Teammates : We Are The Best In Africa
Published: June 10, 2017
Chelsea right wing-back Victor Moses has sent a message of support to his Super Eagles teammates before they face off with Bafana Bafana in an African Cup of Nations qualifier on Saturday evening.
Moses withdrew from the Nigeria squad before it was announced by manager Gernot Rohr, and the official word from the Nigerian Federation was that the player was to undergo toe surgery.
''They will be just fine, I wish them all the best and I believe in the team to go out there and do the job tomorrow,'' Moses told ESPN on Friday.
''We are Super Eagles and we still remain the best in Africa.''
Moses hopes to return to the Nigeria team when they tackle Cameroon in a World Cup qualifier in August.
