Promising Nigerian Defender Will Spend A Total Of 18 Years At Man City After Penning New Deal
Published: June 20, 2017
Through official channels, English Premier League side Manchester City have announced that they have extended their collaboration with England youth international Tosin Adarabioyo.
The promising central defender has put pen to paper on a fresh four-year contract which will keep him at the Etihad Stadium until the summer of 2021.
Adarabioyo was a key member of City's Elite Development Squad during the 2016-17 campaign, and played 15 games in the Premier League 2 and six times in the UEFA Youth League.
Manchester-born Tosin has been on the books of Man City since the age of five, meaning he would have spent eighteen years in total at the club if the parties honour the terms of this new agreement.
The 19-year-old was named Man of the Match on his first-team debut against Chelsea in the FA Cup back in February 2016.
