Chelsea Insist On Outright Sale Of Super Eagles Star To Interested Clubs
Published: July 22, 2017
Chelsea have insisted on an outright sale of Nigeria international Kenneth Omeruo to interested clubs this summer.
The central defender has yet to make his competitive debut for the first team of the Premier League champions since he transferred from Sunshine Stars in January 2012, and has been farmed out on loan to ADO Den Haag, Middlesbrough, Kasımpaşa and Alanyaspor.
The Blues higher-ups have made it crystal clear to Omeruo that they will not consider another loan move this summer.
''Omeruo has no future at Chelsea, they are waiting for the club that will buy him outright. They are not interested in loaning him out again, '' a Chelsea insider told allnigeriasoccer.com.
The 23-year-old Kenneth Omeruo is tied to Chelsea until the end of the 2018-2019 season.
