Arsenal Wonderkid Nwakali Still In London, Insists On Moving To German Club
Published: July 29, 2017
Nigerian wonderkid Kelechi Nwakali and his representative Allwell Nwakali are presently in London, amid speculations that the versatile midfielder jetted out of the English capital on Friday, July 29 to finalize his switch to an unnamed foreign club.
Arsenal have made it crystal clear to the Flying Eagles skipper and his minders that there's no way he can be registered as a player of the club for the 2017-2018 campaign as a result of incomplete paperwork.
''Kelechi and Allwell are still in London as I speak. Right now they are discussing with Arsenal about the benefits of him joining a German club,'' a top source told allnigeriasoccer.com.
''That is not to say he is moving to Germany, Arsenal own the player and have the final say. A return to MVV is ruled out.''
The 19-year-old Kelechi Nwakali has not been included in the Gunners roster for the Emirates Cup, and has been training with their U23 team ahead of his departure from the club.
