Official : Liverpool Loan Out Talented Nigerian Striker Awoniyi To Royal Excel Mouscron

Through their official website, Premier League club Liverpool have announced that Nigeria U23 international Taiwo Awoniyi has been loaned out to Royal Excel Mouscron for the 2017-2018 campaign.
Allnigeriasoccer.com broke the news that the talented striker was attracting interest from Kalmar and an unnamed Belgian club, but the Allsvenskan side later cooled their interest in their former trainee.
This is Awoniyi's third stint on loan away from The Reds due to his inability to obtain a UK permit, having defended the colours of FSV Frankfurt and NEC Nijmegen during the 2015-2016 and 2016-17 season respectively.
The 19-year-old impressed towards the end of last season, scoring in three consecutive matches in May.
A fast and powerful striker, he helped the Golden Eaglets win the Fifa U17 World Cup in the United Arab Emirates four years ago.
