Kelechi Iheanacho is poised to make his competitive debut for Leicester City when they take on Arsenal in the Premier League on Friday night.
There were question marks over Iheanacho's availability for the game at the Emirates Stadium after he was substituted 17 minutes into his unofficial debut against Borussia Mönchengladbach six days ago.
Providing an update on the fitness of the Super Eagles star, manager Craig Shakespeare said : ''Danny Drinkwater as got a thigh injury and should hopefully be another week.
''On a positive note, Kelechi trained fully after his little knock against Borussia Mönchengladbach. He’s over his toe injury and he’s fully fit.''
The 20-year-old Iheanacho completed his transfer to the Foxes on a five-year deal only last week.
