Leicester 0 Man Utd 1 PL2: Three Nigerian Whizkids Feature, West Ham Product Testing

Manchester United U23s began their campaign to win the Premier League 2 with a 1-0 road win over Leicester City at the The Leicester City Training Ground on Monday afternoon.
Three players of Nigerian descent were handed game time by their respective coaches, Lagosian Tosin Kehinde and USA youth-teamer Matthew Olosunde started for the Red Devils, and Layton Ndukwu was introduced in the second half.
City could not translate their dominance of the first half into goals, while Matthew Willock came close to scoring for United but his strike hit the post.
England U20 international Demetri Mitchell scored what proved to be the winner in the 62nd minute when he curled a beautiful free-kick into the top corner.
In the 65th minute, Ndukwu replaced West Ham product Harry Hudson, who is testing with the Foxes ahead of a potential transfer.
