Individual Training Program For Super Eagles Defender Abdullahi ShehuAllnigeriasoccer.com understands that Anorthosis Famagusta midfielder Abdullahi Shehu had an individual training session with the Super Eagles coaching staff on Tuesday evening.

It is unclear at this point whether Shehu is nursing an injury or a special recovery session, having arrived in Uyo just before the start of the workout.

The former Kano Pillars star underwent personal training under the guidance of manager Gernot Rohr, whilst 21 outfield players worked with the ball, a drill handled by ex-Rangers coach Imama Amapakabo.

Abdullahi Shehu trained individually for fifteen minutes before he joined the entire team for the half-pitch training session and 11 vs 11 practice game.

The 24-year-old has figured in Nigeria's four 2018 World Cup qualifiers so far and started both games against Swaziland.
