Rohr : Cameroon Will Be Out For Revenge, I Trust My Boys
Published: September 04, 2017
Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has declared that his wards are focused on the crucial 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Cameroun on Monday night.
Nigeria tamed the Indomitable Lions 4-0 in a Group B match last Friday at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium.
The team arrived in a Yaounde on Sunday afternoon ahead of the battle away from home.
And Rohr has tipped his wards for a good outing.
"We want to have a good result. They (Cameroun) will want to take a revenge following a loss to us last Friday,'' Rohr told reporters, including allnigeriasoccer.com.
''They have their fans behind them. It will be tough but we would be ready.
"They will have a lot of aggression on their part. This is a physical team and we should be ready for what they will throw at us. I trust my boys to give them a good match.''
