Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has hinted that Alex Iwobi could return to the match day squad when his side host Bournemouth on game week four in the English Premier League on Saturday, September 9.
The Nigeria international has not played competitively since August 19 when he lasted 11 minutes on the turf against Stoke City, and it later emerged that the Hale End Academy product suffered an injury.
Providing an update on the injured players in the squad, Wenger told reporters : ''Sanchez, Ospina and Ramsey are coming back today.
''At the moment we have no injuries, everyone is coming back quite well.
''Wilshere is getting stronger every day.''
Iwobi was in London while the Super Eagles were taking on Cameroon in Uyo and Yaounde in the World Cup qualifiers after withdrawing from the squad due to injury.
The 21-year-old will make his 62nd appearance for Arsenal's first team if he features against the Cherries at the Emirates Stadium.
