Nigerian players featured prominently in EA Sports FIFA 18 Career Mode Hidden Gems,which was published on Friday, September 22.
In the Fifa 18 Career Mode, players on the lookout for the next big stars to sign for their clubs were advised to make moves for Wilfred Ndidi, Kelechi Iheanacho, Tammy Abraham, Josh Onomah, Henry Onyekuru and Alex Iwobi as they have a highest potential to succeed in future.
EA Sports scoured the player rating database for the list of under-the-radar players destined for greatness before drawing up the shortlist.
Manchester City defender Tosin Adarabioyo is the only Nigerian player classed as a hidden gem, with a potential of 83.
With a potential rating of 86, Leicester City stars Wilfred Ndidi and Kelechi Iheanacho, Chelsea loanee Tammy Abraham and Tottenham Hotpsur loanee Josh Onomah are the top rated Nigerian players.
Arsenal winger Alex Iwobi and Everton loanee Henry Onyekuru were each given an 85 rating.
FIFA 18 is scheduled to be released worldwide on 29 September 2017.
