Chelsea right wing-back Victor Moses is not skipping the important World Cup qualifying match against Zambia.
The Blues number fifteen will be the last invited Super Eagle to report for international duty, with Arsenal striker Alex Iwobi, Hull City's Ola Aina, Nante's Chidozie Awaziem and Gent winger Moses Simon teaming up with the national team just before they departed for training on Tuesday evening.
''Victor Moses has left London, and is presently in Nigeria. Due to some pressing commitments, he has not yet arrived in Uyo,'' a top source close to Moses told allnigeriasoccer.com.
It is confirmed that manager Gernot Rohr will begin running the rule over Iwobi, Aina, Awaziem and Simon on Wednesday evening when the Eagles return to training at Godswill Akpabio International Stadium.
Moses is among the three core players for the Super Eagles according to those in the know at the Nigeria Football Federation, the others being captain Obi Mikel and defender Leon Balogun.
The 26-year-old has played 23 competitive matches for Nigeria since his debut in 2012.
