AZ Watch 10M Euro-Rated New Nwankwo Kanu Score 14th Goal Of The Season

Paul Onuachu netted his 14th goal across all competitions as FC Midtjylland beat SönderjyskE 1-0 at the Sydbank Park (Haderslev) on Friday evening.

The Nigeria U23 international notched the winner with 17 minutes left on the clock after receiving a pass from Gustav Wikheim, who replaced the injured Rilwan Hassan on 21 minutes.

According to reports , a representative from Dutch Eredivisie club AZ Alkmaar watched the game between FC Midtjylland and SönderjyskE, and his main target remains unclear.

Having contributed to 46 goals (37 goals, 9 assists) in his last 61 matches across all competitions for FCM, Onuachu has been strongly linked with a departure from the Danish Superliga club sooner rather than later.

Tipsbladet.dk says coach of German Bundesliga club Werder Bremen, Alexander Nouri , has openly expressed admiration for the FC Ebedei product, who has been dubbed the new Nwankwo Kanu in his homeland.

Paul Onuachu, who comes off contract in the summer of 2020, is valued in the region of ten million euros by FCM.
