Henry Clears The Air: Everton Can Recall Me In January, I'm Their Property
Published: October 27, 2017
Henry Onyekuru has insisted that Premier League side Everton can recall him from his loan spell at Anderlecht in the January transfer window, amid speculations linking him with possible moves to Juventus and Atlético Madrid.
The number nine has been Anderlecht's most important striker so far this season, scoring six goals in eleven league appearances.
''I follow the path that is being drawn up for me. Wherever I go after New Year, I do not know either,'' Onyekuru told Het Nieuwsblad, according to voetbal24.be.
''Whether Everton has a contractual option to get me in the winter? Everything is possible. I'm their property, they decide.''
The Nigeria international added : ''But I have never said that I'm sure I'll leave Anderlecht. The most important thing is here and now. I'm happy and everything is going well. What's happening in winter, we'll see''.
