Nigeria international striker Francisca Ordega made her competitive debut for Atletico Madrid in their 1-1 draw with Barcelona at Miniestadio Cerro del Espino (Majadahonda) on Sunday night.
The Super Falcons star was handed her maiden appearance for Las Rojiblancas when she replaced Ludmila in the 72nd minute.
Ordega , whose sporting rights belong to Washington Spirit, has been loaned out to Atlético Madrid for the NWSL off-season, and she has to return to America in March 2018.
Andressa Alves beat goalkeeper Lola from close range to open the scoring in the 27th minute, before Kenti Robles leveled the tie with a spectacular volley from just outside the box on 63 minutes.
Up next, Ordega and her teammates face Madrid CFF in a derby billed to hold at Centro Deportivo Municipal Luis Aragonés on November 5.
