GK Francis Uzoho Sent To Deportivo Reserves After Training With First TeamNew Deportivo de La Coruña coach Cristóbal Parralo has more or less sent ex-Golden Eaglets netminder Francis Uzoho back to the reserve team of the club who play in the Spanish third-tier.

For the third game in a row, Uzoho has not been named in the match day squad for Saturday's La Liga clash against Atlético Madrid at Estadio Municipal de Riazor.

Cristóbal Parralo went for Romania international goalie Costel Pantilimon and the experienced Poland international Przemysław Tytoń, naming both in the 18-man squad.

Francis Uzoho, 19, trained with Deportivo de La Coruña's first team in their last workout on Friday, before he was dropped presumably to join the reserve team for their game against Gimnástica Segoviana on Sunday.

He is thought to be the third choice goalie for the first team now, but could slip down in the pecking order when Rubén Iván Martínez returns from injury.

Uzoho has posted five shutouts in eight appearances for Deportivo de La Coruña teams this term.
