(Photo) Moses Fails To Show Off To Barcelona In Chelsea's Clash Vs Man Utd
Published: November 05, 2017
Victor Moses was not named in Chelsea's match squad for the Premier League clash against Manchester United because he has not fully recovered from a hamstring injury he sustained three weeks ago.
According to Spanish journalist based in London, Eduardo Fdez-Abascal, Barcelona technical secretary Robert Fernández and the chief of scouting, Urbano Ortega, were present at Stamford Bridge.
Mundo Deportivo has suggested that Manchester United striker Anthony Martial could join Barcelona when the transfer window reopens, but it is unclear at this point the main players Fernández and Ortega came to watch.
Moses was sensationally linked with a transfer to the Blaugrana last season before he signed a new deal with Chelsea in March, tying him to the Premier League champions until June 30, 2021.
Former Nigeria internationals Emmanuel Amuneke and Gbenga Okunowo played for the first team of Barcelona before hanging up their boots, and Dream Team VI defender Godswill Ekpolo was on the books of their youth teams for eleven years.
Victor Moses is expected to return to action after the international break, if he doesn't suffer a relapse.
