Eagles Star Etebo Scores Fourth League Goal In Front Of Man Utd, Leeds Scouts
Published: November 28, 2017
Oghenekaro Etebo wrote his name on the score-sheet in CD Feirense's 3-1 loss to Sporting Braga on Monday night, taking his tally for the season to four goals in 12 matches in the process.
The Nigeria international made the scoreline more respectable when he struck in the second minute of first-half stoppage time as Feirense had been trailing by three goals.
According to Scouts in Attendance, a number of scouts were present at the Estádio Municipal de Braga (Braga) to watch the stars on both teams.
English clubs Manchester United and Leeds United, Videoton, PAOK, Mónaco, Toulouse, Lens, Saint Etiénne, Sporting Gijón and Sassuolo were among the 7,845 spectators at Estádio Municipal de Braga.
Though Feirense lost the contest, the scouts in attendance would have positive reviews on CD Feirense's top scorer this season, Etebo.
The 22-year-old, who comes off contract in June 2019, has been linked with possible moves to Partizan Belgrade and Young Boys in recent weeks.
