Iheanacho Hails Ndidi After Man-Of-The-Match Display Vs Newcastle United

Africa's Most Valuable U21 Player, Nigeria's own Wilfred Ndidi, has been praised by compatriot Kelechi Iheanacho on the back of his man-of-the-match performance against Newcastle United in the Premier League on Saturday, December 9.
The Super Eagles defensive midfielder provided the assist for the Foxes first goal scored by Algeria star Riyad Mahrez as they came from behind to beat the Magpies 3-2 at St James' Park.
Kelechi Iheanacho was an unused substitute amid speculation surrounding a possible departure from Leicester City when the transfer window reopens in the coming weeks, but he was pleased with the display of Ndidi nonetheless.
Iheanacho posted on the social networks on Saturday : ''Though game today but we came out with 3 points.Cogracts to my brother @Ndidi25 Wilfred onyi’nye’chukwu on been named The Man Of Match⚽️''
Ndidi added : ''Tough game, great team spirit. Another 3 points in the bag 👌🏽''.
Wilfred Ndidi has started and put in a full shift in all the games played by Leicester City in the Premier League, and has been credited with three assists to Riyad Mahrez.
