Liverpool Plan To Loan Out Former Nigeria U17 Invitee In January
Published: January 03, 2018
Liverpool are planning to loan out former Nigeria U17 invitee Ovie Ejaria before the close of the January transfer window.
The Daily Mail has reported that The Reds are ready to ship out the England U20 World Cup winner on loan.
Ejaria impressed in last season's pre-season training and was handed his competitive debut against Derby County in the League Cup, and made eight appearances in total over the course of the season.
The leadership of Liverpool has high expectations for the central midfielder but he has struggled to break into the first team this term after recovering from injury just before the 2017 Fifa U20 World Cup.
Ejaria was nominated for the club's Goal of the Month Award for November 2017 for his spectacular effort against Newcastle United.
He arrived the Anfield side from Arsenal in the summer of 2014.
