Conte Reveals What He Told Moses, Chelsea Provide Reason For His Poor Form Vs Arsenal

Chelsea's Italian manager Antonio Conte has revealed that he advised Victor Moses and his fellow wing-back Marcos Alonso to get into goalscoring positions prior to the meeting with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night.
The Nigeria international struggled offensively and defensively and Spaniard Alonso stole the limelight from him again by netting his sixth goal in the English top-flight, becoming the top scoring defender in Europe's top five leagues in the process.
Chelsea have played down the shambolic performance of Moses against the Gunners, saying he was carrying a knock in the first half and had to make way for Zappacosta.
''I ask our wing-backs to fill the box and try to score and don’t forget, he (Alonso) also is good with his head also and with free-kicks,'' Conte told Chelsea's official website.
''He is in a good period and his confidence is up, and I am very happy for him.''
Moses has not scored in the Premier League for more than a year, his last goal was against Tottenham Hotspur on November 26, 2016.
