Published: January 05, 2018
Through their official website, EFL League One club Oxford United have confirmed that English-born goalkeeper of Nigerian descent Manny Agboola has been loaned out to National League South outfit Hampton and Richmond.
The two clubs have reached an agreement which stipulates that Agboola will remain at Hampton and Richmond for the next one month.
The teenager recently returned to Oxford United after a loan spell at North Leigh.
He could made his debut for Hampton and Richmond in Saturday's match with Hempel Hempstead in the National League South.
Agboola is being tipped to break into the first team of Oxford United in the not too distant future after making the match day squads for FA Cup games against Newcastle and Middlesbrough last season.
The highly-rated goalkeeper has committed his international future to Nigeria ahead of his country of birth, and hopes to represent the Dream Team VII at the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo.
