Raja Casablanca Exploring Ways To Sign Super Eagles Striker Uche Nwofor
Published: January 07, 2018
Allnigeriasoccer.com can confirm that Moroccan powerhouse Raja Casablanca are exploring ways to sign Nigeria international striker Uche Nwofor in the January transfer window.
To that end, the three-time African champions are believed to be in contact with Nwofor and his minders over a deal.
Having said that, it is understood that representatives of Raja Casablanca have not managed to persuade the striker to sign for his first team in Africa aside from Nigeria.
And this would be a big blow to Raja as they would have signed a player with World Cup experience for nothing as he is currently a free agent.
Successful at club level and for the Nigeria U20 team, Nwofor earned a move to Dutch club VVV Venlo in 2011 and also lists Heerenveen, Lierse, Boavista and Trencin among his former clubs.
