Son Of Former Super Eagles Winger Nets Hat-trick For Margate
Published: January 10, 2018
Nigerian striker, Jordan Chiedozie inspired his Margate side to a 3-1 victory over Needham Market in the English Isthmian League, notching thrice for himself in the encounter.
While the feat might probably garner less encomium based on the standing of the non-league clash, it is worth nothing that it would go down as the first for a Nigerian across all divisions, top-flights inclusive in the new year.
The 23-year old striker opened the scoring 20 minutes in before further strikes in the 62nd and 64th minute respectively completed his treble, rendering Dan Morphew's effort for the opposition mere consolation.
Chiedozie enjoyed stints at Bournemouth and Cambridge United prior to his switch to Margate from Concord Rangers
in August 2017.

After his latest class act, Margate sit eight on the 24-team league table from 25 rounds of games.
